Life Happens!

12/13/05 Just changed the name to Life Happens! I thought it fit better. I will re-doing the purpose statement later.

Today I wrote a little piece (250 words). I had to laugh at how bad my spelling was. I was describing old and decrepit hands. So, I typed knarley and knotted hands. The spell checker highlighted knarley, Looked OK to me. So, I pasted the word into the dictionary and the dictionary could not find the word...not a good sign for my spelling expertise.

Eventually, I was led to gnarley. I changed it the gnarled to fit with knotted.

I used to be a pretty good speller before my accident. I think I lost some word recognition ability.

Just noticed that I lost the right side of this blog. I wonder if importing the pictures has changed the look of the blog.

Gosh, it is already 12:33 AM. I still wanted to finished the book I was reading earlier. In addition, I need to sort all the papers that were on my desk. Darn. That is going to have to wait till tomorrow. Oh-oh. Another wrench in my plans... Scott is coming at 11 AM. I am hiring him to troubler shoot my network. The HP lost its wireless connection. Also, it has slowed dow a lot. I am sure it is not a spyware or adware problem. Anyway, I don't want to think about it. I would rather have someone else work on. I can then look over his shoulder and learn more that way.

I am having trouble posting this post. Only part of it shows up when I publish. I wonder what would happen is I click on recover post?
