Reading Room

I have to find someone to finish the reading room for me. Shawn just sent me an email saying that the job is much more involved than he had originally thought. He said that he will finish it, but then want to take some time off from work. I am disappointed, but it is OK. My original plans with Shawn did not really come to pass anyway.

UPdated 12/03/2005: I hired a crew to finish the room. They will start in Two weeks. Tonight, I shall take some digital shots of the room and post it here, probably as a new post. Then when the job is done, I shall post the finished pictures. Hopefully, they will be done in less than week after they start.

Lost another pound yesterday. I was not really hungry last night. So, all I had was a bowl of rice and a couple sheets of nori. Did not realize that my rice is really terrible. I'll have to ask other people what kind of rice they buy. I buy rice by the 25 pound bags. Did not realize that there was a real difference in the taste and texture of the rice. Gosh, if I were in a restaurant, I would definitely send my rice back to the kitchen. I'll have to ask MSI how to cook rice.

I got a late start today. The weather is humid (97%), hot and rainy.

I need to work on the IRS documents. Hopefully, I can turn them in on Friday. I want them to be complete and easily understood.
